There is a new way to contact us online. It helps you access the help and advice you need at the right time, in the right place, with the right person.
If you need help with a non-urgent medical problem or an admin request, you can contact us online. The service is available on our website from 28th March 2024 and also from the NHS app or at the NHS website from 28 April 2024.
How do I book an appointment with a Doctor?
You can call our reception to request a telephone, video or face-to-face appointment with a doctor

I have been going to Vauxhall surgery for almost 10 years. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Making an appointment is easy as can be done over the phone or through the app. Sadly, one of the best doctors there, Dr Shah who was previously my doctor (and my mothers) has now retired. Fortunately, I now have Dr Fard who I met in my most recent appointment and he has been very helpful and attentive. Thank you, Vauxhall surgery.

Just moved to the area & The Vauxhall Surgery came up as one of the top surgeries in the area. I spoke to Leanne who made me feel really welcomed, I did not feel rushed and all my questions were answered. I was told I can book appointments through patient access, and in person & can also submit an e-consult for quick consultations. Very happy I walked in and will be registering here 🤞

I am happy with this surgery. Receptionists are welcoming and I was able to book quick appointment for same day. The GP was welcoming too, overall everything was smooth and easy. I have also recently changed to this GP and the registration was very easy to do online. What I most happy about is that I had no mislead information and before I register I contacted to ask information and all information given was accurate even after registering. Thank you Vauxhall Surgery. I like to feel welcomed and that’s the most important thing for me.

I signed up to the practice not long before the pandemic hit. The team at Vauxhall surgery are incredibly helpful and responsive. I have recently moved doctors surgeries and have been so impressed with my experience so far. It is quick to get an appointment and I have now spoken to three separate doctors, and they have all been so lovely and helpful. You don’t feel as though they are trying to rush you off the phone and you feel like you are being heard and listened to. Very happy with my decision to move surgeries.

Went to have my AstraZeneca vaccination this morning, although I wasn’t nervous at all, the thought of walking into my doctors gives me anxiety anyways haha. The nurse who opened the door this morning and gave me a fright, you just made my day! So lovely to see NHS staff still smiling and joking through this pandemic. Credit where credit is due! You just need to bring your printed blood form which can be collected from the practice or email to you and print at home.
